Hiya! My name is Cindy Brown and I am a freelance fashion designer in St. Louis. The Hot Noise was founded to showcase my work. I developed a mad love affair with sewing after a lifetime of watching my mother sew. I began sewing when I was seven years old and developed my skill through costuming.

I have won several awards across the midwest for fashion and costume design. Some accreditations include:

Having two of my costumes appear in Xbox 360 Magazine's June 2008 issue as a feature story.
Receiving 1st and 3rd place in the St. Louis Science Center's 2009 Eco-Friendly Fashion Show.
Winning 10 craftsmanship awards among the anime convention scene.

I have an extreme obsession with polka dots, leopard print, and houndstooth fabric! I love outrageous designs, but still bring a practical eye to edgy style.
